Body Sock for RANS Velocity Squared

Folks have been asking for this for a while and finally here it is! The Body Sock for Velocity Squared and Windwrap Fairing. If you want to up your speed quite a bit, here is the ticket. This unit has been tested in a variety of conditions including gale force winds. (Don't do this at home kids.) The fairing is cut wide at the nose to keep the sock out of the pedal box. Custom mounts securely support the fairing. See below for details.

Order V2 Mueller Fairing sock from Free Form Fashions. Phone #831-429-5044.

You can have any color you want as long as it's neon green zebra stripes... just kidding. Free Form usually has Red, Blue, Yellow, and Neon Yellow available. Ask for other colors and patterns. Free Form still has a big ol' bat of the pictured neon if you like.

Fairing Cover $50

The upper mounts are strong and steady. They clamp to the outboard ends of the stock handlebars. Simply move the controls inboard 3/4 to 1 1/2 inches on each side. Shown here are headlights mounted outboard of the mounts so that the lights shine beside the fairing and not through it for better rider vision. Socks can be ordered with zippers at the ends of the handlebars so the lights can stick out. Contact Free Form Fashions for details.

The lower mounts are simple, strong, and steady. The wheel slot is optimized for the V2. Note the close tolerances between the wheel, fork, brakes, and the fairing.

The rear body sock support consists of a 6061 T6 aluminum frame and works with many standard rear racks. It is shown here with the RANS rear rack. A Kamm back design is used to reduce the angle of taper behind the rider while keeping the overall length compact. Also note that there is no pointy stick thing aimed at the rider behind you. (Who, I might note, is making a futile attempt at drafting you in order to keep up!)
